Chrome
1，Download SwitchyOmega Plugin and unzip it to any folder Download link
2，Open Chrome, then enter "chrome://extensions/" in the url bar to open "Extension" settings page
3, Click "Load unpacked extension", then select the folder you just unzipped to install the plugin
4，Click the icon on the Chrome toolbar，then click the Options
5，Click "New profile", input a profile name such as "socks", and select the default profile type
6，Select the added profile, input the "Protocol", "Server", "Port", then click "Apply changes"
7，Select the added item on Chrome toolbar, now all of your web accesses will be proxied by the shared VPN
Android
It is recommended to install the APP directly, Download link
The following method can share the VPN directly via WiFi (or hotspot), no need to install any APP client.
1，Open KUTO VPN(Make sure WiFi or Hotspots is enabled), connect one server ，go to slide menu - VPN Hotspot, switch proxy type to HTTP，then you will get the proxy IP and port
2，Get another phone, Go to phone settings-WLAN（Or simply slide down the notification bar and long press the WIFI button). Now you are in WiFi settings screen，Connect to the corresponding WiFi (or hotspot)-Long press the connected WiFi (or hotspot)-Modify network-Switch on“Show advanced options”-Click "Proxy" item
3，Select "Manual" item in "Proxy" dialog, then input IP and port：
Click "Save" button, done!
Mac

1，Click the apple icon in the top left corner of the computer-System Preferences-Network
2，Click Advanced
3，Select "Proxies"-"SOCKS Proxy"-Input the IP and Port

The following is the share guide without installing a client. To do his step, you need to upgrade the KUTO VPN to V2.1.2 or later, then goto VPN Hotspot, change the protocol to "HTTP"
1, Click Start-Settings
2, Click "Network & Internet"
3, Click "Proxy"，switch on "Use a proxy server", then fill in Address and Port, click Save
Wait for 10-20s, now your Windows can use the VPN, you can use IE browser to test
IOS
This step requires upgrade the KUTO VPN to V2.1.2 or later, then goto VPN Hotspot, change the protocol to "HTTP"
1, Go Settings - WLAN - Click the detail button as below:
2，Click the "HTTP Proxy" option
3，Click "Manual", fill in the Server and Port, click save
Wait for 10-20s, now your iPhone can use the VPN
